A way to uninstall NVDA from your PC

NVDA is a computer program. This page is comprised of details on how to uninstall it from your computer. It was coded for Windows by NV Access. More information on NV Access can be seen here. More information about the application NVDA can be found at https://www.nvaccess.org/. NVDA is commonly set up in the C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA folder, however this location may vary a lot depending on the user's choice while installing the program. You can remove NVDA by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe. Keep in mind that you might be prompted for admin rights. NVDA's main file takes about 76.91 KB (78752 bytes) and its name is nvda_uiAccess.exe.

The following executables are installed alongside NVDA. They take about 745.20 KB (763080 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase NVDA from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is an application by the software company NV Access. Sometimes, people try to remove this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because removing this manually requires some knowledge related to PCs. One of the best QUICK approach to remove NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around tool to clean your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find NVDA or simply click the Search feature and type in "NVDA". If it exists on your system the NVDA application will be found automatically. Notice that after you select NVDA in the list of programs, some data about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about NVDA, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for NVDA:

• The web site of the application is: https://www.nvaccess.org/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove NVDA.


8. After uninstalling NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of NVDA that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling NVDA with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
