How to uninstall NVDA from your computer

NVDA is a Windows application. Read more about how to uninstall it from your PC. It was developed for Windows by NV Access. Take a look here for more details on NV Access. You can read more about on NVDA at . NVDA is usually set up in the C:\Program Files\NVDA folder, subject to the user's decision. C:\Program Files\NVDA\uninstall.exe is the full command line if you want to remove NVDA. nvda_uiAccess.exe is the NVDA's main executable file and it takes close to 72.95 KB (74696 bytes) on disk.

How to remove NVDA from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is a program released by NV Access. Sometimes, people want to uninstall it. This can be difficult because removing this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY way to uninstall NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate NVDA or simply activate the Search feature and type in "NVDA". If it exists on your system the NVDA application will be found automatically. After you select NVDA in the list of applications, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding NVDA, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\NVDA\uninstall.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove NVDA.

8. After removing NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of NVDA that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling NVDA with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
