A guide to uninstall NVDA from your PC

Keep in mind that this location can vary depending on the user's preference. NVDA's complete uninstall command line is C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe. NVDA's main file takes about 76.95 KB (78792 bytes) and is called nvda_uiAccess.exe.

How to uninstall NVDA with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is an application offered by NV Access. Some computer users decide to remove it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because deleting this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY action to remove NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows computer.

• visit Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find NVDA or simply activate the Search field and type in "NVDA". If it is installed on your PC the NVDA application will be found very quickly. When you select NVDA in the list of apps, the following data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about NVDA, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for NVDA:

• The publisher is: https://www.nvaccess.org/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall NVDA.


8. After uninstalling NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of NVDA which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing NVDA with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
