How to uninstall NVDA from your PC

This page contains complete information on how to uninstall NVDA for Windows. It was coded for Windows by NV Access. Go over here where you can read more on NV Access. Please follow if you want to read more on NVDA on NV Access's website. NVDA is commonly set up in the C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA folder, however this location may differ a lot depending on the user's decision when installing the application. NVDA's complete uninstall command line is C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe. NVDA's main file takes about 44.09 KB (45144 bytes) and is called nvda_uiAccess.exe.

How to delete NVDA from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is an application released by the software company NV Access. Some people decide to erase it. Sometimes this can be efortful because performing this manually requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK manner to erase NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general utility to maximize the performance of your Windows PC.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate NVDA or simply click the Search field and type in "NVDA". If it exists on your system the NVDA application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select NVDA in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding NVDA, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the program you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove NVDA.

8. After uninstalling NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong NVDA that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling NVDA with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.

Your Windows computer will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
