A guide to uninstall NVDA from your system

NVDA is a Windows program. Read more about how to remove it from your computer. It was created for Windows by NV Access. Additional info about NV Access can be read here. Click on to get more information about NVDA on NV Access's website. NVDA is commonly set up in the C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA folder, but this location can vary a lot depending on the user's option when installing the application. You can remove NVDA by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe. Keep in mind that you might get a notification for administrator rights. NVDA's primary file takes about 76.91 KB (78760 bytes) and is named nvda_uiAccess.exe.

The executable files below are installed alongside NVDA. They occupy about 745.34 KB (763224 bytes) on disk.

How to erase NVDA with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is a program released by the software company NV Access. Some users try to uninstall this program. This can be easier said than done because performing this manually takes some know-how related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY way to uninstall NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to optimize your computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button

5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate NVDA or simply activate the Search field and type in "NVDA". The NVDA program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click NVDA in the list of apps, some data regarding the application is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding NVDA, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove NVDA.

8. After removing NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong NVDA which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling NVDA using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to take on new tasks.
