A way to uninstall NVDA from your PC

This web page contains detailed information on how to uninstall NVDA for Windows. It was developed for Windows by NV Access. Open here where you can get more info on NV Access. You can see more info related to NVDA at https://www.nvaccess.org/. NVDA is frequently set up in the C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA directory, subject to the user's option. You can remove NVDA by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe. Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. NVDA's main file takes about 72.67 KB (74416 bytes) and its name is nvda_uiAccess.exe.

A way to erase NVDA with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is a program by the software company NV Access. Sometimes, computer users want to remove this application. Sometimes this can be hard because deleting this manually requires some know-how related to removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE action to remove NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to optimize your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find NVDA or simply click the Search field and type in "NVDA". If it is installed on your PC the NVDA app will be found very quickly. When you select NVDA in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding NVDA, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for NVDA:

• The publisher is: https://www.nvaccess.org/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove NVDA.


8. After removing NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong NVDA which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing NVDA using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
