A way to uninstall NVDA from your system

This page contains thorough information on how to remove NVDA for Windows. It is made by NV Access. Further information on NV Access can be found here. Detailed information about NVDA can be found at . Usually the NVDA program is installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA directory, depending on the user's option during setup. The full command line for uninstalling NVDA is C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may receive a notification for administrator rights. The program's main executable file is called nvda_uiAccess.exe and its approximative size is 76.91 KB (78752 bytes).

A way to delete NVDA from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is an application released by NV Access. Some computer users choose to erase this program. Sometimes this can be efortful because deleting this manually requires some skill regarding PCs. The best QUICK solution to erase NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows system.

  • visit Download Link
  • download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find NVDA or simply click the Search field and type in "NVDA". If it exists on your system the NVDA program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click NVDA in the list of apps, the following information about the application is shown to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about NVDA, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

  • The publisher is: https://www.nvaccess.org/
  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe
7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall NVDA.

8. After uninstalling NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of NVDA which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling NVDA with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
