How to uninstall NVDA from your PC

NVDA is a computer program. This page is comprised of details on how to uninstall it from your computer. It was coded for Windows by NV Access. Check out here where you can find out more on NV Access. More info about the software NVDA can be found at . NVDA is usually installed in the C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA directory, depending on the user's decision. The full command line for removing NVDA is C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe. Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might be prompted for admin rights. nvda_uiAccess.exe is the programs's main file and it takes about 64.17 KB (65712 bytes) on disk.

The executable files below are installed beside NVDA. They take about 505.94 KB (518080 bytes) on disk.

How to erase NVDA using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is a program marketed by NV Access. Some computer users decide to erase it. Sometimes this is efortful because performing this by hand requires some experience related to PCs. The best QUICK practice to erase NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to optimize your PC.

  • go to Download Link
  • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find NVDA or simply activate the Search feature and type in "NVDA". If it exists on your system the NVDA app will be found automatically. When you click NVDA in the list of applications, the following information about the program is made available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have about NVDA, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

  • The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\NVDA\uninstall.exe
7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove NVDA.

8. After uninstalling NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of NVDA that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing NVDA using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
