A way to uninstall NVDA from your computer

How to uninstall NVDA from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

NVDA is an application marketed by the software company NV Access. Frequently, computer users try to uninstall this program. This is easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to uninstall NVDA is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to optimize your Windows system.

  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find NVDA or simply click the Search feature and type in "NVDA". If it exists on your system the NVDA application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click NVDA in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is made available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding NVDA, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall NVDA.

8. After uninstalling NVDA, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong NVDA which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling NVDA using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
