How to uninstall Freeplane from your system

Freeplane is a Windows program. Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. freeplane.exe is the programs's main file and it takes about 166.34 KB (170337 bytes) on disk.

A way to erase Freeplane using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Freeplane is an application by the software company Open source. Some computer users choose to erase this application. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows PC.

  • download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find Freeplane or simply click the Search field and type in "Freeplane". If it is installed on your PC the Freeplane application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Freeplane in the list of applications, some data regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Freeplane, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details regarding the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
