How to delete Fiddler from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Fiddler is a program offered by the software company Telerik. Sometimes, users try to remove this application. This is efortful because performing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. The best SIMPLE solution to remove Fiddler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your PC.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on your PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Fiddler or simply activate the Search field and type in "Fiddler". If it exists on your system the Fiddler app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Fiddler in the list of programs, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Fiddler, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Fiddler:

• The software company is: http://www.fiddler2.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Fiddler2\uninst.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove Fiddler.


8. After uninstalling Fiddler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Fiddler that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing Fiddler with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
