How to uninstall Fiddler from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Fiddler is an application released by Telerik. Frequently, computer users want to remove this program. Sometimes this is efortful because removing this by hand requires some skill related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY manner to remove Fiddler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate Fiddler or simply click the Search field and type in "Fiddler". If it exists on your system the Fiddler application will be found automatically. When you click Fiddler in the list of apps, the following data regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding Fiddler, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the application you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Fiddler:

• The publisher is: http://fiddler2.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Fiddler2\uninst.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Fiddler.


8. After removing Fiddler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Fiddler which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Fiddler using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
