How to erase Fiddler using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Fiddler is a program offered by Telerik. Sometimes, people decide to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be efortful because uninstalling this manually takes some know-how related to PCs. The best SIMPLE solution to uninstall Fiddler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your computer.

• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Fiddler or simply click the Search field and type in "Fiddler". If it is installed on your PC the Fiddler program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Fiddler in the list of programs, some information about the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Fiddler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Fiddler:

• The software company is: http://www.fiddler2.com/
• The uninstall string is: "C:\Program Files\Fiddler2\uninst.exe"

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Fiddler.


8. After uninstalling Fiddler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Fiddler that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
