If you are manually uninstalling Fiddler we advise you to verify if the following data is left behind on your PC.

Folders found on disk after you uninstall Fiddler from your PC:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Fiddler2

Use regedit.exe to manually remove from the Windows Registry the keys below:

• HKEY_CURRENT_UserName\Software\Telerik\Fiddler

Additional registry values that you should clean:

A way to delete Fiddler from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Fiddler is a program released by the software company Telerik. Some computer users try to erase this program. Sometimes this is difficult because performing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to PCs. One of the best EASY approach to erase Fiddler is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Fiddler or simply activate the Search field and type in "Fiddler". The Fiddler program will be found automatically. When you click Fiddler in the list of applications, some information about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about Fiddler, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for Fiddler:

• The web site of the program is: http://fiddler2.com/
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Fiddler2\uninst.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove Fiddler.


8. After removing Fiddler, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong Fiddler that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Fiddler with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your system.

Your system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
