How to uninstall GitHub Desktop from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GitHub Desktop is a program by GitHub, Inc.. Some users choose to remove this application. This is troublesome because uninstalling this by hand takes some skill regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY manner to remove GitHub Desktop is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find GitHub Desktop or simply activate the Search field and type in "GitHub Desktop". The GitHub Desktop application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you click GitHub Desktop in the list of applications, some information about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about GitHub Desktop, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove GitHub Desktop.


8. After uninstalling GitHub Desktop, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup.
