How to uninstall GitHub Desktop from your system

GitHub Desktop is a software application. How to delete GitHub Desktop with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GitHub Desktop is an application released by GitHub, Inc.. Frequently, computer users want to erase this application. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find GitHub Desktop or simply click the Search field and type in "GitHub Desktop". If it is installed on your PC the GitHub Desktop app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select GitHub Desktop in the list of apps, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about GitHub Desktop, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall GitHub Desktop.


8. After uninstalling GitHub Desktop, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong GitHub Desktop which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing GitHub Desktop using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
