How to remove GitHub Desktop with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GitHub Desktop is an application marketed by the software company GitHub, Inc.. Frequently, computer users choose to erase it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some skill related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best EASY procedure to erase GitHub Desktop is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find GitHub Desktop or simply activate the Search field and type in "GitHub Desktop". If it exists on your system the GitHub Desktop application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click GitHub Desktop in the list of applications, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding GitHub Desktop, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall GitHub Desktop.


8. After removing GitHub Desktop, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong GitHub Desktop that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
