How to delete GitHub Desktop from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate GitHub Desktop or simply click the Search feature and type in "GitHub Desktop". The GitHub Desktop app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select GitHub Desktop in the list of programs, the following data about the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have about GitHub Desktop, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall GitHub Desktop.


8. After removing GitHub Desktop, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of GitHub Desktop that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
