A guide to uninstall CMake from your PC

Keep in mind that this path can differ being determined by the user's preference. You can uninstall CMake by clicking on the Start menu of Windows and pasting the command line MsiExec.exe /X{EC77FFA5-BF86-4FE1-ACE8-BE32C386D104}. Note that you might be prompted for admin rights. The program's main executable file occupies 4.18 MB (4385280 bytes) on disk and is titled cmake-gui.exe.

How to remove CMake from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CMake is an application released by the software company Kitware. Frequently, users want to uninstall this program. 3. Press the General Tools button

5. A list of the programs existing on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate CMake or simply click the Search field and type in "CMake". If it exists on your system the CMake app will be found very quickly. When you click CMake in the list , the following data about the program is made available to you:

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall CMake.


8. After removing CMake, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong CMake that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them.
