A way to erase CMake using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CMake is a program offered by the software company Kitware. Frequently, users want to remove this application. 2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful program.

3. Click on the General Tools button

5. A list of the applications installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate CMake or simply activate the Search field and type in "CMake". The CMake program will be found very quickly. When you select CMake in the list of programs, some data about the program is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about CMake, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information about the application you want to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove CMake.

All the items that belong CMake that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
