How to erase CMake from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

CMake is a program released by Kitware. Frequently, users decide to remove this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because doing this by hand takes some knowledge related to PCs. • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find CMake or simply click the Search feature and type in "CMake". If it is installed on your PC the CMake app will be found automatically. Notice that when you select CMake in the list of programs, some information about the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about CMake, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall CMake.


8. After uninstalling CMake, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong CMake that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
