How to uninstall GNS3 from your PC

GNS3 is a Windows program. How to uninstall GNS3 using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GNS3 is a program by the software company GNS3 Technology Inc.. Frequently, computer users decide to remove it. Sometimes this can be difficult because deleting this by hand requires some knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best EASY practice to remove GNS3 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to clean your Windows PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find GNS3 or simply activate the Search feature and type in "GNS3". The GNS3 app will be found automatically. Notice that after you click GNS3 in the list , some information about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about GNS3, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for GNS3:

• The software company is: http://www.gns3.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\GNS3\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove GNS3.


8. After removing GNS3, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of GNS3 which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling GNS3 with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your system.
