How to uninstall GNS3 from your computer

GNS3 is a Windows application. How to erase GNS3 with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GNS3 is a program marketed by the software company GNS3 Technology Inc.. Some computer users decide to erase this application. This can be easier said than done because removing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best SIMPLE manner to erase GNS3 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around utility to clean your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful PC management program.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find GNS3 or simply activate the Search field and type in "GNS3". The GNS3 application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select GNS3 in the list of applications, some information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding GNS3, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for GNS3:

• The publisher is: http://www.gns3.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\GNS3\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the removal by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall GNS3.


8. After removing GNS3, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of GNS3 that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing GNS3 with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your PC.
