How to uninstall GNS3 from your PC

A way to delete GNS3 from your PC with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GNS3 is an application released by the software company GNS3 Technology Inc.. Sometimes, users decide to remove this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because deleting this manually requires some skill related to Windows internal functioning. One of the best QUICK practice to remove GNS3 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate GNS3 or simply activate the Search field and type in "GNS3". The GNS3 app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select GNS3 in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding GNS3, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for GNS3:

• The web site of the application is: http://www.gns3.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\GNS3\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall GNS3.


8. After removing GNS3, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong GNS3 which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling GNS3 with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
