How to uninstall GNS3 from your system

How to remove GNS3 from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GNS3 is a program marketed by the software company GNS3 Technology Inc.. Frequently, people try to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is troublesome because removing this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to uninstall GNS3 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to clean your Windows system.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate GNS3 or simply click the Search field and type in "GNS3". The GNS3 app will be found automatically. When you click GNS3 in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for GNS3:

• The publisher is: http://www.gns3.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\GNS3\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall GNS3.


8. After uninstalling GNS3, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of GNS3 that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing GNS3 using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
