A way to remove GNS3 using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GNS3 is a program offered by the software company GNS3 Technology Inc.. Some computer users want to uninstall this program. This is difficult because performing this by hand requires some know-how regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE approach to uninstall GNS3 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to optimize your system.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate GNS3 or simply click the Search feature and type in "GNS3". If it exists on your system the GNS3 program will be found automatically. Notice that when you click GNS3 in the list of programs, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other users have regarding GNS3, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for GNS3:

• The software company is: http://www.gns3.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\GNS3\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall GNS3.


8. After removing GNS3, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of GNS3 that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By removing GNS3 with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
