How to uninstall GNS3 from your system

How to remove GNS3 from your computer with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GNS3 is a program offered by GNS3 Technology Inc.. Sometimes, users decide to uninstall this application. Sometimes this is easier said than done because removing this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding PCs. The best QUICK way to uninstall GNS3 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to take care of your computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find GNS3 or simply activate the Search feature and type in "GNS3". If it exists on your system the GNS3 app will be found very quickly. When you click GNS3 in the list , the following data regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding GNS3, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for GNS3:

• The software company is: http://www.gns3.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\GNS3\Uninstall.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall GNS3.


8. After uninstalling GNS3, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong GNS3 that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
