How to uninstall GNS3 from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

GNS3 is a program marketed by GNS3 Technology Inc.. Some users try to remove it. Sometimes this is hard because performing this by hand takes some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE solution to remove GNS3 is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to clean your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate GNS3 or simply activate the Search field and type in "GNS3". If it exists on your system the GNS3 application will be found automatically. After you click GNS3 in the list of programs, some information about the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about GNS3, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the application you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

For instance you can see that for GNS3:

• The software company is: http://www.gns3.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files\GNS3\Uninstall.exe

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove GNS3.


8. After removing GNS3, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong GNS3 that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
