How to uninstall SourceTree from your computer

A way to delete SourceTree with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SourceTree is a program offered by the software company Atlassian. Some people want to remove this program. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your system.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button

4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature

5. A list of the applications installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find SourceTree or simply click the Search field and type in "SourceTree". The SourceTree app will be found automatically. After you click SourceTree in the list , the following information about the program is shown to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have about SourceTree, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the application you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.
7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove SourceTree.

8. After uninstalling SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong SourceTree which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
