A guide to uninstall SourceTree from your computer

A way to uninstall SourceTree with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SourceTree is a program marketed by the software company Atlassian. Sometimes, computer users choose to uninstall it. Sometimes this can be hard because doing this by hand takes some knowledge regarding removing Windows programs manually. The best SIMPLE solution to uninstall SourceTree is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around utility to take care of your Windows computer.

• go to Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find SourceTree or simply activate the Search field and type in "SourceTree". If it exists on your system the SourceTree app will be found very quickly. Notice that after you select SourceTree in the list of applications, the following data about the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about SourceTree, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall SourceTree.


8. After removing SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong SourceTree that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SourceTree with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and ready to serve you properly.
