A guide to uninstall SourceTree from your PC

Keep in mind that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you may be prompted for admin rights. SourceTree's main file takes about 2.75 MB (2885176 bytes) and its name is SourceTree.exe.

A way to erase SourceTree from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SourceTree is a program offered by Atlassian. Sometimes, people try to remove this program. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because doing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge related to removing Windows applications by hand. The best QUICK procedure to remove SourceTree is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your PC.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the applications existing on your computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you find SourceTree or simply click the Search field and type in "SourceTree". If it is installed on your PC the SourceTree application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select SourceTree in the list , the following data regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding SourceTree, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SourceTree.


8. After removing SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong SourceTree which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SourceTree using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your computer will remain clean, speedy and able to take on new tasks.
