How to uninstall SourceTree from your system

SourceTree is a Windows program. A way to erase SourceTree using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SourceTree is an application offered by Atlassian. Sometimes, computer users want to remove this application. This is hard because uninstalling this by hand takes some know-how regarding PCs.   • download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD button
  • install Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Press the General Tools button

5. A list of the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SourceTree or simply click the Search field and type in "SourceTree". If it exists on your system the SourceTree application will be found very quickly. When you select SourceTree in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is available to you:


  • Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have regarding SourceTree, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
  • Technical information regarding the application you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall SourceTree.

8. After uninstalling SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong SourceTree which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
