How to uninstall SourceTree from your system

A way to remove SourceTree using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SourceTree is an application offered by Atlassian. Some users want to remove it. Sometimes this can be difficult because deleting this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best EASY procedure to remove SourceTree is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your PC.

• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to admire the program's design and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate SourceTree or simply activate the Search feature and type in "SourceTree". If it is installed on your PC the SourceTree application will be found very quickly. When you select SourceTree in the list of apps, some data regarding the program is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other users have regarding SourceTree, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove SourceTree.


8. After uninstalling SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items that belong SourceTree which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
