How to uninstall SourceTree from your computer

SourceTree is a Windows program. Read below about how to remove it from your PC. The Windows version was created by Atlassian. More information about Atlassian can be seen here. SourceTree is commonly installed in the C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\SourceTree folder, but this location can differ a lot depending on the user's choice when installing the application. The full command line for uninstalling SourceTree is C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\SourceTree\Update.exe. Note that if you will type this command in Start / Run Note you might get a notification for admin rights. The application's main executable file is called SourceTree.exe and its approximative size is 293.95 KB (301008 bytes).

How to remove SourceTree from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be made available to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate SourceTree or simply activate the Search field and type in "SourceTree". The SourceTree program will be found automatically. Notice that when you select SourceTree in the list of apps, some information regarding the program is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding SourceTree, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SourceTree.


8. After uninstalling SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong SourceTree that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling SourceTree using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry items, files or directories are left behind on your computer.
