How to erase Carbonite with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is an application released by Carbonite. Some users try to uninstall it. This can be easier said than done because removing this manually takes some know-how related to removing Windows programs manually. 3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the programs installed on your PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Carbonite or simply click the Search feature and type in "Carbonite". If it exists on your system the Carbonite application will be found automatically. Notice that when you select Carbonite in the list , some data about the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have about Carbonite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Carbonite:

• The publisher is: www.carbonite.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup\CarboniteSetup.exe /remove

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Carbonite.


8. After uninstalling Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to go ahead with the cleanup. All the items of Carbonite that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
