How to uninstall Carbonite from your system

Carbonite is a Windows program. How to delete Carbonite from your PC using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is an application released by the software company Carbonite. Sometimes, computer users choose to erase this application. This can be efortful because removing this by hand takes some experience regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE way to erase Carbonite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general tool to maximize the performance of your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs tool


5. A list of the applications existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Carbonite or simply click the Search feature and type in "Carbonite". If it exists on your system the Carbonite program will be found very quickly. After you click Carbonite in the list of programs, the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about Carbonite, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Carbonite:

• The publisher is: www.carbonite.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup\CarboniteSetup.exe /remove

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Carbonite.


8. After removing Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Carbonite which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By removing Carbonite with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.

Your Windows system will remain clean, speedy and able to run without errors or problems.
