How to delete Carbonite from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is a program offered by Carbonite. Sometimes, users decide to erase this program. Sometimes this is efortful because uninstalling this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best SIMPLE solution to erase Carbonite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general tool to clean your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool


5. All the applications installed on your PC will appear

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate Carbonite or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Carbonite". If it is installed on your PC the Carbonite program will be found very quickly. Notice that after you click Carbonite in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Carbonite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Carbonite:

• The web site of the program is: www.carbonite.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Carbonite\Carbonite Backup\CarboniteSetup.exe /remove

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Carbonite.


8. After uninstalling Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Carbonite which have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Carbonite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry items, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
