How to uninstall Carbonite using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is an application marketed by Carbonite. Sometimes, people choose to remove it. Sometimes this can be troublesome because removing this by hand requires some knowledge regarding Windows program uninstallation. The best QUICK procedure to remove Carbonite is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your PC, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to optimize your computer.

  • navigate to Download Link
  • download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
  • set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO
2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Click on the General Tools button

4. Press the Uninstall Programs tool

5. All the programs installed on the computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you locate Carbonite or simply activate the Search feature and type in "Carbonite". If it exists on your system the Carbonite app will be found automatically. Notice that when you click Carbonite in the list , some information about the application is available to you:


  • Star rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other users have about Carbonite, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
  • Reviews by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
  • Details about the program you wish to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. accept the uninstall by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Carbonite.

8. After uninstalling Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong Carbonite which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By uninstalling Carbonite with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your computer.
