Carbonite has the habit of leaving behind some leftovers.

Folders found on disk after you uninstall Carbonite from your computer:

The files below remain on your disk when you remove Carbonite:

A way to remove Carbonite with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Carbonite is an application released by the software company Carbonite. Some computer users try to erase it. 3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find Carbonite or simply activate the Search field and type in "Carbonite". If it is installed on your PC the Carbonite program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click Carbonite in the list of programs, the following data regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding Carbonite, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the application you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will come up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove Carbonite.


8. After uninstalling Carbonite, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items of Carbonite that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
