A way to uninstall VMware Tools from your computer with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Tools is a program released by VMware, Inc.. Some users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this is troublesome because doing this by hand takes some skill regarding removing Windows applications by hand. 1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and general utility to take care of your Windows PC.

• download the setup by pressing the DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful system optimizer.

3. Click on the General Tools button


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the applications installed on your computer will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of applications until you locate VMware Tools or simply activate the Search field and type in "VMware Tools". The VMware Tools program will be found very quickly. When you select VMware Tools in the list of applications, some information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding VMware Tools, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you want to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will remove VMware Tools.


8. After uninstalling VMware Tools, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Press Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong VMware Tools which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
