A way to remove VMware Tools from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Tools is an application released by VMware, Inc.. Frequently, users choose to erase this program. This can be hard because deleting this manually takes some experience regarding PCs. One of the best SIMPLE solution to erase VMware Tools is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications installed on your PC will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you find VMware Tools or simply click the Search field and type in "VMware Tools". If it exists on your system the VMware Tools app will be found very quickly. When you click VMware Tools in the list of programs, the following data regarding the application is made available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding VMware Tools, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you wish to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall VMware Tools.


8. After removing VMware Tools, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items of VMware Tools that have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing VMware Tools using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
