How to remove VMware Tools using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Tools is an application released by VMware, Inc.. Some people choose to erase this application. This can be troublesome because doing this manually takes some know-how related to Windows program uninstallation. One of the best SIMPLE action to erase VMware Tools is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is an efficient uninstaller and all around utility to optimize your system.

• go to Download Link
• download the program by pressing the green DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take your time to admire the program's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful system utility.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the applications existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate VMware Tools or simply click the Search feature and type in "VMware Tools". If it is installed on your PC the VMware Tools program will be found very quickly. When you select VMware Tools in the list of applications, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other people have regarding VMware Tools, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the app you wish to remove, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then uninstall VMware Tools.


8. After removing VMware Tools, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong VMware Tools that have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them.
