How to uninstall VMware Tools from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

VMware Tools is an application released by VMware, Inc.. Frequently, people want to remove this application. This is difficult because deleting this manually requires some know-how regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best EASY solution to remove VMware Tools is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:

1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows computer.

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's interface and wealth of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful PC management program.

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find VMware Tools or simply activate the Search field and type in "VMware Tools". If it is installed on your PC the VMware Tools application will be found automatically. 7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will appear. Confirm the removal by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will then remove VMware Tools.

8. After uninstalling VMware Tools, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong VMware Tools which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing VMware Tools using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your disk.
