How to erase Express Scribe from your PC with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

Express Scribe is a program by the software company NCH Software. Sometimes, computer users try to uninstall it. This is troublesome because doing this by hand requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. 3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find Express Scribe or simply click the Search feature and type in "Express Scribe". If it is installed on your PC the Express Scribe application will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select Express Scribe in the list of apps, some data about the application is available to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have about Express Scribe, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Details about the app you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

For example you can see that for Express Scribe:

• The publisher is: www.nch.com.au/scribe/support.html
• The uninstall string is: C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Swift Sound\Scribe\uninst.exe

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will show up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall Express Scribe.


8. After removing Express Scribe, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items of Express Scribe which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling Express Scribe with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
