A guide to uninstall SourceTree from your system

SourceTree is a software application. How to delete SourceTree using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

SourceTree is a program released by the software company Atlassian. Sometimes, people decide to erase this application. Sometimes this is efortful because uninstalling this by hand takes some knowledge related to PCs. One of the best SIMPLE procedure to erase SourceTree is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO already installed on your system, add it. This is good because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very efficient uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your system.

• navigate to Download Link
• download the program by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with the program's interface and wealth of tools available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs feature


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will appear

6. Scroll the list of programs until you find SourceTree or simply click the Search feature and type in "SourceTree". If it exists on your system the SourceTree program will be found automatically. Notice that after you select SourceTree in the list of apps, some information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This explains the opinion other people have regarding SourceTree, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you are about to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

• The software company is: http://www.sourcetreeapp.com
• The uninstall string is: C:\ProgramData\Caphyon\Advanced Installer\{BB31D1A1-FD5F-453C-8D00-DA8882E98CDC}\SourceTreeSetup_1.4.1.exe /x {BB31D1A1-FD5F-453C-8D00-DA8882E98CDC}

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will show up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall SourceTree.


8. After uninstalling SourceTree, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to perform the cleanup. All the items that belong SourceTree which have been left behind will be found and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling SourceTree using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.

Your PC will remain clean, speedy and ready to run without errors or problems.
