How to uninstall WinZip from your PC

A way to erase WinZip with Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WinZip is an application by WinZip Computing, S.L.. Some people want to remove this program. This can be hard because removing this manually takes some know-how related to removing Windows programs manually. The best EASY way to remove WinZip is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is one of the best uninstaller and general tool to take care of your Windows computer.

• visit Download Link
• download the setup by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good PC management program.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Click on the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs installed on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find WinZip or simply click the Search field and type in "WinZip". If it exists on your system the WinZip program will be found automatically. Notice that after you click WinZip in the list of programs, the following information regarding the application is available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding WinZip, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you are about to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Press the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. accept the uninstall by clicking Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove WinZip.


8. After removing WinZip, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run a cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of WinZip that have been left behind will be detected and you will be able to delete them. By uninstalling WinZip with Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you can be sure that no Windows registry entries, files or folders are left behind on your PC.
