A way to remove WinZip using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

WinZip is an application offered by WinZip Computing, S.L.. Frequently, people try to remove this application. This can be difficult because deleting this by hand requires some skill related to PCs. The best QUICK solution to remove WinZip is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here are some detailed instructions about how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your PC, add it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around utility to maximize the performance of your system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take your time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very good package of tools.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the applications existing on your computer will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of applications until you locate WinZip or simply activate the Search field and type in "WinZip". If it is installed on your PC the WinZip app will be found very quickly. Notice that when you select WinZip in the list of apps, the following information regarding the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). The star rating explains the opinion other people have regarding WinZip, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Details regarding the program you want to remove, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation page will come up. Confirm the uninstall by clicking the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove WinZip.


8. After uninstalling WinZip, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items of WinZip which have been left behind will be found and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
