A guide to uninstall OBS Studio from your PC

A way to delete OBS Studio using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OBS Studio is an application by OBS Project. Some computer users decide to uninstall this program. Sometimes this can be hard because uninstalling this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. One of the best SIMPLE manner to uninstall OBS Studio is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take the following steps on how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is the best uninstaller and all around tool to take care of your Windows PC.

• download the program by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• install Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Run Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful Windows tool.

3. Press the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs button


5. A list of the programs existing on the computer will be shown to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find OBS Studio or simply activate the Search field and type in "OBS Studio". If it exists on your system the OBS Studio app will be found very quickly. After you click OBS Studio in the list of programs, some data regarding the program is available to you:

• Star rating (in the lower left corner). The star rating tells you the opinion other people have regarding OBS Studio, from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other people - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you wish to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation dialog will show up. Confirm the removal by pressing Uninstall. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will uninstall OBS Studio.


8. After uninstalling OBS Studio, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Press Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong OBS Studio that have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing OBS Studio using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no Windows registry entries, files or directories are left behind on your system.
