A guide to uninstall OBS Studio from your computer

A way to uninstall OBS Studio from your computer using Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OBS Studio is a program by the software company OBS Project. Some people choose to remove it. Sometimes this is easier said than done because performing this by hand takes some advanced knowledge regarding Windows internal functioning. The best SIMPLE practice to remove OBS Studio is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your system, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very useful uninstaller and all around tool to maximize the performance of your system.

• download the setup by clicking on the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Take some time to admire Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and number of functions available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful Windows optimizer.

3. Press the General Tools button


4. Activate the Uninstall Programs button


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be shown to you

6. Scroll the list of programs until you locate OBS Studio or simply click the Search feature and type in "OBS Studio". If it exists on your system the OBS Studio app will be found automatically. After you click OBS Studio in the list , the following information regarding the application is made available to you:

• Safety rating (in the lower left corner). This tells you the opinion other users have regarding OBS Studio, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Opinions by other users - Press the Read reviews button.
• Technical information regarding the app you want to uninstall, by clicking on the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A window asking you to confirm will come up. Confirm the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically uninstall OBS Studio.


8. After uninstalling OBS Studio, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will ask you to run a cleanup. Click Next to start the cleanup. All the items that belong OBS Studio which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them.
