A guide to uninstall OBS Studio from your system

A way to remove OBS Studio with the help of Advanced Uninstaller PRO

OBS Studio is a program released by OBS Project. Frequently, people try to remove it. Sometimes this can be easier said than done because uninstalling this manually requires some advanced knowledge regarding removing Windows applications by hand. One of the best SIMPLE way to remove OBS Studio is to use Advanced Uninstaller PRO. Here is how to do this:





1. If you don't have Advanced Uninstaller PRO on your Windows PC, install it. This is a good step because Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a very potent uninstaller and general utility to clean your Windows computer.

• download the setup by pressing the green DOWNLOAD NOW button
• set up Advanced Uninstaller PRO

2. Start Advanced Uninstaller PRO. It's recommended to take some time to get familiar with Advanced Uninstaller PRO's design and wealth of features available. Advanced Uninstaller PRO is a powerful package of utilities.

3. Click on the General Tools category


4. Press the Uninstall Programs feature


5. All the programs existing on the PC will be made available to you

6. Navigate the list of programs until you find OBS Studio or simply click the Search feature and type in "OBS Studio". If it exists on your system the OBS Studio application will be found automatically. Notice that after you click OBS Studio in the list of apps, the following data about the program is shown to you:

• Star rating (in the left lower corner). This tells you the opinion other people have about OBS Studio, ranging from "Highly recommended" to "Very dangerous".
• Reviews by other people - Click on the Read reviews button.
• Technical information about the program you are about to uninstall, by pressing the Properties button.

7. Click the Uninstall button. A confirmation window will show up. accept the removal by pressing the Uninstall button. Advanced Uninstaller PRO will automatically remove OBS Studio.


8. After removing OBS Studio, Advanced Uninstaller PRO will offer to run an additional cleanup. Click Next to proceed with the cleanup. All the items that belong OBS Studio which have been left behind will be detected and you will be asked if you want to delete them. By removing OBS Studio using Advanced Uninstaller PRO, you are assured that no registry items, files or folders are left behind on your disk.
